Curé d’Ars Catholic Church, located at 4701 Martin Luther King Boulevard in Denver, CO, has available a position for a part-time (24 hours per week) Office Manager. The general duties and responsibilities will be to provide support for the pastor, members of the parish staff and the various committees and councils. This individual will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining the parish calendar, maintaining parish records, greeting visitors, and other duties relevant to the functions of the parish office. The Office Manager may also supervise volunteers.
Position Qualifications: Active member of the Catholic Church or a person who has knowledge of and is willing to function in a manner consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church. High school graduate of equivalent. Three years of successful secretarial/office manager experience. Knowledge of and ability to use Word products. Ability to honor and maintain confidentiality.
