In 2000, a business trip to Denver and Mass attendance at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception would ultimately redirect Paul Dudzic’s career path and family life.  He immediately fell in love with the Archdiocese of Denver and its vibrant faith life which is obvious to anyone visiting the city.

Shortly thereafter, Paul and his wife Patricia relocated from San Francisco to become members of Denver’s spiritual family.  Never once has he regretted nor looked back since making the life-changing move.

Paul would invest the next 16 years of his career in law, consulting, and as president of Pinnacle Development in Greenwood Village.  Several organizations in the Denver-metro area have benefitted from Paul’s board service and development experience with the Bridge Project at the University of Denver, Denver Botanical Gardens, Augustine Institute, and Seeds of Hope.

In January 2018, Paul assumed the role of Chief Mission Advancement Officer for the Archdiocese of Denver.  In this capacity, he serves Archbishop Samuel Aquila in growing the corporal and spiritual works of mercy, as well as securing individual funding for various archdiocesan projects.  His deep love of the faith and his passion to draw others to Christ is obvious when he challenges people to support the archdiocese, both prayerfully and financially.  Paul believes that when asking people for donations, he’s also inviting them to participate in the mission of the Church.  It’s a win-win situation, both for the donor and the Church.

Paul graduated from Connecticut’s Fairfield University, earned his juris doctor from Duke University, and then received his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Paul and his family (Meghan, Michael and Christopher) are active members of St. Mary’s parish in Littleton.  He and Patricia are also members of Denver’s Legatus Chapter and Paul is an avid skier, cyclist, and golfer.
