Principal Opening – St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School – 2019-2020 Academic Year

St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School, located in northwest Denver, Colorado is looking for a new principal for the 2019-20 academic year. St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School currently serves 164 students in grades Preschool – 8; 96% of the student population is Catholic and 75% is Hispanic/Latino.

St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School models the teachings of Jesus Christ. They seek to develop students into knowledgeable, reflective, believing, and participating Catholics capable of assuming positions of service and leadership in society in the 21st century. Principal candidates must:

  • Be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church.
  • Have a strong commitment to the importance of Catholic school ministry in the Church.
  • Possess a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 20 graduate hours in supervision, curriculum, instruction, or other related fields.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years teaching or administrative experience in Catholic schools.
  • Hold a current, valid administrator’s license certificate or become certified by the State of Colorado as a principal.
