The Teacher Pipeline and Preparation Fund is strengthening teacher recruitment, preparation, formation, and retention in Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Denver for generations to come.
The Fund is currently focused on two innovative Programs: Cabrini Teaching Fellows (CTF) and Alternative Licensure Programs (ALP).
Cabrini Teaching Fellows | Forming and supporting new Catholic educators
This program is a three-year fellowship for recent college graduates dedicated to renewing Catholic education.
- Reduces recruitment and training burdens for schools.
- Builds a pipeline of joyous, mission-aligned Catholic teachers.
- Supports retention: Participants receive community, coaching, and pastoral accompaniment – key factors that reduce attrition in new teachers.
Alternative Licensure Program | Equipping professionals to teach their expertise
Providing different options for credentialing and licensing for qualified Catholic second-career professionals in high-need subject areas.
- Attracts experienced, mission-driven professionals into the classroom.
- Builds long-term teacher stability and leadership within Catholic education.
- Strengthens student learning and faith formation through expert, faithful teachers.
Your gift to the endowment enables perpetual funding of our Cabrini Teaching Fellows and Alternative Licensure program options.
The Fund enables these two programs to strengthen Catholic education by focusing on our teachers. First, through recruitment by attracting passionate educators, and then retention, by fostering commitment through formation and mentorship. Finally, the Fund helps offset housing costs so teachers can continue their vital work in the classroom without needing to seek additional or alternative employment.
The enduring impact of your support ensures our schools remain vibrant, mission-driven, and excellent for generations to come.
Thank you for your generosity!
