It is our pleasure to welcome any and all priests to attend the Steubenville of the Rockies Youth Conference. It is both a blessing and a witness to hundreds of youth to see the great servants of the Church all around them.

Testimonial of Suitability
Each priest visiting from outside the Archdiocese of Denver must submit a Testimonial of Suitability for Priestly Ministry in the Archdiocese of Denver, in order to be granted priestly faculties for the conference weekend.
Free Admission
As a sign of our gratitude for their priestly service, we have waived the registration fee for all priests in attendance who sign up to assist throughout the weekend with a minimum of 2 sessions of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Sacraments
Priests may assist with the Sacraments throughout the weekend by signing up for desired time slots. Priest should bring their own alb, stole, and cassock, as we may not have enough to accommodate everyone. We kindly ask all Deacons and Seminarians to assist with Adoration and Mass.
- Reconciliation: For the good of the youth in attendance and to help them in understanding the great mercies of God, we asked for your help and your time to hear Confessions throughout the weekend. Please help us by signing up for as many time slots as you can in order to serve as many youth as possible. SIGN UP FORM COMING SOON!
- Concelebrating Mass: Priests are invited to concelebrate Mass Saturday and Sunday morning. Please bring your stole. All vesting for Mass will take place in the Conference Sacristy. You will be able to store your vestments there if you would like.
Required Forms
- Testimonial of Suitability for Priestly Ministry in the Archdiocese of Denver. This form can be sent to the Conference Office via email at SteubenvilleRockies@archden.org. (See above tab for form)
- Priests can be considered or act as chaperones, therefore they do need to be included on the Adult Chaperone Affidavit Form
Housing
Housing will be $210 per night. All priests should be included in the total number of spots requested for the conference. The Group Leader must include the name(s) of the priest(s) attending as part of his/her group in advance of the conference and no later than the June 13th deadline. The priest’s housing should be arranged with the group they are attending with.

Cancellations
After June 13th, a registration fee of $210 will be assessed for any cancellations to cover costs incurred by the Conference office.
Religious
All Religious brothers and sisters – thank you for your witness and for attending the Steubenville of the Rockies Youth Conference! We ask that you please submit a letter of good standing from your diocese in order to participate in the Conference. Please send this letter to the Conference Office via email at SteubenvilleRockies@archden.org.
