The Office of Evangelization and Family Life Ministries supports the mission of the Archdiocese by providing pastoral equipping to ministry leaders within the Archdiocese of Denver. The “EFLM” office offers this equipping primarily through intentional accompanying or “coaching” our local leaders. The Office also provides equipping through workshops, conferences, and retreats.

The Office is broken into three distinct teams which provide direct support to ministry leaders depending on the area of parish ministry they oversee. Every team includes individuals from both the english speaking and hispanic community which allows the office to provide effective support to all leaders within the Archdiocese.

Occasionally the Office of Evangelization and Family Life Ministries will host retreats, workshops or conferences for the larger Catholic community. On this site you’ll find information about these broader offerings, a collection of resources we’ve curated, and the names of our team members. Children & Family Faith Formation Workshop

March 6, 2025 | 9 AM – 1 PM
Join us in March as we discuss Special Needs and TOB resources. We will dive into a discussion on walking with those with family members with special needs seeking adapted Sacramental preparation or simply looking to engage the Mass more meaningfully. Additionally, we will share resources to talk about Theology of the Body with children and families.

Join us for the third workshop “A Pastoral and Moral Approach to Gender Ideology”. Friday, March 21, 2025 we will present this presentation in English and Saturday, March 22 we will present this in Spanish.

OCIA: Non-Intellectual Formation in the OCIA

Join us for networking within ~OCIA~ in our Archdiocese! Many of us have a tried-and-true system for how we give intellectual formation in OCIA, but what about the spiritual, liturgical, and apostolic formation? As you may have heard in the OCIA Regional Discussions, these are just as important, and they can be handed onto our people in many ways that don’t involve a classroom lecture. Let’s take a deep dive into some different ways to impart this part of apprenticeship for our people! The deadline to RSVP is March 27.
