The Healing from Separation and Divorce Program is based on the teachings of the Catholic Church and is a confidential service. Participants journey through the grieving and healing process with the guidance of trained facilitators who have experienced the journey. Individuals who attend gain wisdom and comfort as they give witness to their pain and loss, while discovering a deeper understanding of God’s love for them. They receive the healing power of Christ through the Church and the Sacraments. Deacons are a liaison between the diocese, the pastor, and the program team to provide support, counseling, guidance and spiritual direction.
Topics: grief, forgiveness, communication, children, annulments and more.
