Evangelization &
Family Life Ministries

“… to equip the holy ones for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12)

The Office of Evangelization and Family Life Ministries supports the mission of the Archdiocese by providing pastoral equipping to ministry leaders within the Archdiocese of Denver. The “EFLM” office offers this equipping primarily through intentional accompanying or “coaching” our local leaders.  The Office also provides equipping through workshops, conferences, and retreats.

The Office is broken into three distinct teams which provide direct support to ministry leaders depending on the area of parish ministry they oversee. Every team includes individuals from both the english speaking and hispanic community which allows the office to provide effective support to all leaders within the Archdiocese.

Occasionally the Office of Evangelization and Family Life Ministries will host retreats, workshops or conferences for the larger Catholic community.  On this site you’ll find information about these broader offerings, a collection of resources we’ve curated, and the names of our team members. We would be happy to assist you with any questions you may have via the contact form at the bottom of this page!

PREPARE/ENRICH Training | November 2026

The Archdiocese of Denver is offering certification training in Prepare/Enrich, the relationship assessment most widely used in Catholic marriage preparation. Anyone who walks with engaged or married couples is encouraged to attend: clergy, deacons and their wives, marriage prep volunteers, and parish staff.

In a single in-person workshop you’ll learn to administer the assessment, interpret a couple’s results, and lead feedback sessions that open honest conversation about communication, finances, family of origin, and faith. You’ll also meet facilitators from other parishes and adapt the process to your own ministry.

Payment is $120 per individual registrant, or $150 for a couple becoming certified on one set of materials and one login to Prepare/Enrich.

Duc in Altum – Rema mar adentro
