Hotel Accommodations
Housing Registration is coming in 2026!
Housing accommodations for Steubenville of the Rockies 2026 will be at the Gaylord of the Rockies AND at nearby hotels. The rooms at the Gaylord are first come first serve as they do not have enough space to house all registrants. Our team will still arrange the offsite accommodations for you, however you will be in charge of shuttling your group between the Gaylord and the hotel each morning and evening.
**Only submit housing registration for the exact number of rooms that you need. If you do not fill your rooms, and we are unable to resell them to another group, you will be held liable for the extra rooms that you registered for but did not use.
Pricing
Housing will be $240 per room per night (4-person occupancy rooms)
Payment for housing is due May 29, 2026, please send checks directly to the Archdiocese of Denver, NOT the Gaylord or the nearby hotels.
Check-in to the hotels will begin Friday, June 19, 2026 and checkout will be Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Room requests will be made in the name of the group leader for all group members. You are responsible for requesting housing for all the members of your group, including priests. The conference does NOT accept day registrations. Price per night does not include parking fees.
Meeting Rooms
There are a limited number of meeting rooms available for parishes to use as a gathering space for small group times, and large group debriefing. Please contact our office directly if you would like to reserve a meeting room: steubenvillerockies@archden.org.
Cost: $200.00 per room
Available: Friday at 1:00pm – Sunday at 1:00pm
- No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into meeting rooms.
- Rooms should be kept tidy throughout the weekend.
