How do I register?

We are here to make registration easy! Once registration opens there will be a link on this page to online registration. A more detailed registration procedure will be provided on the registration page once registration opens. You will be asked how many spots you wish to reserve for youth participants, chaperones and any priests, seminarians or religious attending with your group. There is a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for each spot. You will receive confirmation of your group registration through email. This conference typically sells out quickly.

Registration will open on January 18th, 2023 and close on May 11th, 2023. Once you register, final invoices will be sent by email.  All balances, liability forms, and other paperwork will be due in our office on May 11th, 2023, as well.

Total cost per person (including all group leaders, chaperones, and youth) registered is $199 ($225 for registration after May 11th, 2023).  This price does NOT include housing, parking, or transportation.  Each group is responsible for securing their own housing and transportation to and from the conference.

We require a $50 deposit per person (non-refundable and non-transferable) to reserve spots. Unused deposits may not be applied to the final bill!

We will email you a registration confirmation once we have processed your initial registration and deposit.

Due to the demand and need for advanced planning, we require a definite commitment from our participants.  For this reason, all payments are non-refundable.

What other forms do I need to fill out?

  • Liability Waivers: Once you have completed your registration form (below), we will send a link to the group leader’s email to create your liability form login. Everyone attending the Conference will need to fill out a liability waiver. Please contact our office with questions.
  • Youth Protection Compliance Affidavit: If you are from outside the Archdiocese of Denver, stating that all adults attending the Conference with your group are in compliance with your diocesan Safe Environment policies.

Priests - Free (Priests are asked to participate in 2 sessions of reconciliation. Housing cost is not included).

* Conference Materials and 4 Meals included with your registration fee.(Housing cost is not included). *Housing is separate cost and is not included in the registration fee. If you register on or after May 11, you are responsible for organizing your own housing. Please do not contact our office or the Gaylord for housing, as the Gaylord is now full.

IF DIFFERENT THAN THE GROUP LEADER (Trip Organizer), this is the person who will be the leader in charge of your group ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE The on-site group leader is responsible for sharing the online liability link for each participant in their group.

Now it's time to enter the registration numbers:

Youth participants must be entering 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grades in the fall of 2023 or have been a 2023 high school graduate.

Youth Participant fee: $225 per person.

Chaperones must be age 21+ and may include religious such as seminarians, deacons, religious sisters, etc.

Chaperone fee: $225 per person.
If you are registering 14 or less youth you will need at least 2 chaperones.
For every additional 7 youth, at least 1 chaperone is required.

Priest registration is free when they participate in 2 sessions of reconciliation. If your priest is attending as a chaperone and will not be able to assist with reconciliation, please enter them as a paying chaperone.
