You will be asked how many spots you wish to reserve for youth participants, chaperones and any priests, seminarians or religious attending with your group.
Registration does not include: housing, parking, or transportation (Each group is responsible for securing their own housing and transportation to and from the conference.)

What other forms do I need to fill out?
Update (5/21/2024): Just to make all those registered aware – we have not sent out liability forms. We are finalizing some software updates for the liability forms and they will be going out soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Liability Waivers: Once you have completed your registration form, we will send a link to the group leader’s email to create your Group Liability Platform login. Everyone attending the Conference will need to fill out a liability waiver. Please contact our office with questions.
- Youth Protection Compliance Affidavit: If you are from outside the Archdiocese of Denver, stating that all adults attending the Conference with your group are in compliance with your diocesan Safe Environment policies.
