What other forms do I need to fill out?
- Liability Waivers: Once you have completed your registration form, we will send a link to the group leader’s email where you will begin to fill out Liability Waivers for your group. Everyone attending the Conference will need to fill out a liability waiver. Please contact our office with questions.
- Youth Protection Compliance Affidavit: Youth Protection Compliance Affidavit: If you are from outside the Archdiocese of Denver, we do require you to fill out this form, stating that all adults attending the Conference with your group are in compliance with your diocesan Safe Environment policies.
