Regular Registration

Cost: $250 per person ($50 deposit/person)

Late Registration

Late Registration begins: after May 8, 2026
Cost: $260 per person

Registration Information

You will be asked how many spots you wish to reserve for youth participants, chaperones and any priests, seminarians or religious attending with your group. A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per person will be due exactly 2 weeks after you submit your registration. The confirmation email sent after you register will contain the deposit amount due to our office.

Registration costs do not include: housing, parking, or transportation (Each group is responsible for securing their own housing and transportation to and from the conference.)

Housing Information

Registration Timeline

  • January 21, 2026 at 10 AM: Registration and housing registration opens
  • 2 weeks after you submit your registration: Deposit is due ($50/person).
  • May 8, 2026: All liability forms, final add/drop, and registration deadline.
  • May 28, 2026: Final Payment is due
    • If payment is not received by May 28, 2026, all registrations made before May 28, 2026 will incur a $10 fee per person.

What other forms do I need to fill out?

  • Liability Waivers: Once you have completed your registration form, we will send a link to the group leader’s email where you will begin to fill out Liability Waivers for your group. Everyone attending the Conference will need to fill out a liability waiver. Please contact our office with questions.
  • Youth Protection Compliance Affidavit: Youth Protection Compliance Affidavit: If you are from outside the Archdiocese of Denver, we do require you to fill out this form, stating that all adults attending the Conference with your group are in compliance with your diocesan Safe Environment policies.
