- Direct them to Find a Safe Environment Class or Clases para un entorno seguro to find schedule and registration link as well as user-specific instructions.
- How do my employees/volunteers renew their training online?
- Administrator must first manually assign the refresher in the user’s VIRTUS account per instructions on pg. 7 of the Site Administrator Guide.
